heated pool super clean room
The hotel is close to the high street, with many shops nearby. My room was super clean! The heated pool provided excellent relaxation. I also felt safe as a solo traveler.
The gym was ok, but it could have had more equipment.

Really good stay
attentive staff decent gym clean environment
I booked a Single Studio. The staff were very attentive to all needs. The gym is decent. It has all the basics for a good workout. Everything was clean overall, which I REALLY appreciated.
The vending machine was the only option available on the weekend, somewhat limiting.

The staff were friendly and nice. They were very helpful in providing information. They were accommodating with all my needs. I found the service excellent and appreciated their help.

The gymnasium has essential equipment for workouts, a real plus. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Shared laundry facilities are available on levels 4 and 5, it makes longer stays very convenient.

The room had a very comfortable bed, ensuring restful sleep. The shower room was big and well-equipped. A work station downstairs provides a great area for getting things done. It was a wonderful experience.

quality linen convenient microwave fresh air
The room provided a microwave, kettle, and small refrigerator. This allowed me to prepare simple meals. I appreciated the good quality linen on the bed after a long day. A window provided needed fresh air..
I found that there were limited supplies offered in the room. I would have liked to have seen bathroom and kitchenette products included for added convenience.

I found the laundry facilities on each floor quite convenient. i could usually access them without a wait, a plus. the gym had a good selection of machines and weights. I appreciated that there was a variety available. the staff were generally nice and friendly, made the check-in process smooth.
the indian receptionist was quite rude on january 1st.
